AMSPEC COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF OIL TEST INTERNACIONAL
CRANBURY, NJ – AmSpec expands its inspection and testing footprint in Latin America by acquiring leading service provider Oil Test Internacional («OTI»).
AmSpec, a global service provider in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Oil Test Internacional (OTI), its Latin America affiliate of 14 years.
With this acquisition, AmSpec takes hold of six business divisions – Energy, Petrochemicals, Metals and Minerals, Agriculture, Goods and Dry Cargo, and Tank Calibration – and operations in 13 additional countries. The new facilities and service lines, combined with AmSpec’s existing operations, give AmSpec a network of 78 facilities across 20 different countries and territories in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This complements our global footprint of 341 facilities in 77 countries.
